Ferroelectric RAM 

This is a nonvolatile memory developed using an advanced ferroelectric process. 

A ferroelectric random access memory or F-RAM is reads and writes similar 

to a EEPROM and FRAM while it overcome drawbacks of EEPROM. But is 10 time expensive than a similar sized EEPROM.
